Wuhan Boster Valve Group Limited Company, located in Changfu Xincheng Industrial Park, Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hubei Province, is specialized in the design, development, cast, and manufacture of valve products. With tens of years of manufacturing history, we have a plant covering over 53,000 square meters and we employ 267 employees, including 8 senior technicians, 12 intermediate technicians, and 19 general technicians. We also have 3 senior engineering specialists well-known in China who enjoy State Council allowance and high prestige in valve industry, and have solved enormous amount of problems for the company and our customers.
Equipped with complete testing equipment, scientifically structured workshop, and complete functions, we are one of the exemplary technological enterprises in Wuhan City. We have modern processing center, digital-control machine tool, and all kinds of testing and processing equipment, including Baird spectroscopy analyzer from U.S., non-destructive scratch and perspective instrument, vertical lathe, boring mill, drilling machine, grinding machine, digital-control lathe, injection molding machine, digital-control mold processing center, and physical and chemical testing equipment. We are committed to the goal of “providing high quality products and satisfactory services” and stick to the policy of “basing on safe production, focusing on product quality, following standardized management, adhering to continuous improvement, and aiming for customer satisfaction”; we strictly follow ISO9001 Quality Management System and attach great importance to the management and control of each stage of production; all raw materials and smelting processing must be tested with spectral material analyzer. In order to ensure material quality, semi-finished products must undertake non-destructive scratch and perspective test to make sure they are free of pores and cracks. They shall also be annealed to ensure product quality. Processing is strictly conducted according to the processing card; each workpiece has to go through tolerance measurement and is numbered; each product must undertake valve strength (1.6 folds) and sealing (1.2 folds) test and service life test and test qualification rate must reach 100%. We have become a long-term supplier for China Sedin Engineering, Sichuan Chenguang Academy, East China Engineering, China Wuhuan Engineering, China Tianchen Engineering, Wuhan Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd of China Coal Technology & Engineering Group, and 11th Division of Sinochem. Being their supplier also helps us boost our reputation and win a large amount of customers. We mainly manufacture ore pulp valve, eccentric semi-ball valve, ball valve, stop valve, gate valve, butterfly valve, check valve, and knife gate valve products. We pay high regards to new product development and innovation. We have established professional R&D team and have won multiple national patents. We are mainly engaged in water slag flushing, coal injection, water supply/drainage, and gas system of steel industry; beneficiation, smelting, and tailing system of non-ferrous metal ore industry; we are able to meet with the corrosion-prevention, fire-prevention, static electricity-prevention, and explosion-prevention requirements. We have adopted following standards and criteria: GB standard, JB standard, ANSI and API standard in the U.S., JIS standard in Japan, BS standard in Britain, and DIN standard in Germany. We are also capable of customizing products according to different application environment, medium, temperature and material requirements to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
